Our popular retail seedlings plug program for 2010 is now up and running! You have until December 5, 2009 to place your orders for spring 2010 pickup, so hurry and get yours in today. Remember that payment in full must accompany your order, as we do not hold orders for later payment; only orders paid in full will be processed.

2010 Program Information

Finishing seedlings from plug form is easy and fun. Plugs continue to be our favoured choice in starting annuals, and this year the option to purchase half-flats or "rows" will not be available. With the high success rate and decreased finishing time, they prove to be the most economical way to start bedding plants.

Each seedling tray contains 12 rooted plugs, ready for transplanting. Each will require a larger pot (approx. 2") for finishing. They will thrive inside in a warm sunny location, until the weather permits, and after a few days of hardening, they will be ready for your garden.

Orders are now being accepted, and to reduce the chance of sell-outs and backorders, our growers require that we have our orders submitted sooner than in previous years; therefore the deadline for ordering is December 5, 2009. Remit orders, complete with payment, in person, by mail or by fax. Please remember to indicate your preferred pick-up date and mark your calendar. If rescheduling is necessary, please call 667-2234 x 32 and leave a message. Phone calls will only be returned if there is a conflict.

Extra seedlings will be available in the spring, however quantities and selection may be limited. We strongly advise you to pre-order to avoid disappointment. Again, half-flats will not be sown and seedling "rows" will not be available!

As we strive to be progressive, order forms will not be mailed out next year, but will only be accessible on the website and in the store. By providing your contact information on the form, including your full mailing address and e-mail address, we will be able to notify you of their availability.
